But just what is it about Temple Road and some of its surrounding streets in Dublin 6 that has seen it usurp Vico Road, Dalkey, as the priciest in the capital? It may not have the sea views of Dalkey and Killiney, or the traditional prestige of Shrewsbury and Ailesbury Roads...
