Temple Bar trust queries €202,000 payment for construction
An internal report has criticised lack of formal payment procedure at the trust, apparent in two large payments for the building of a rain screen project.
Temple Bar Cultural Trust (TBCT) has carried out an inquiry into two payments totalling €202,000 to the builder of a rain screen project in the cultural quarter.
The electronic payments to Weslin Construction in October and November 2012 were approved by the company's previous chief executive, Dermot McLaughlin, but were not approved by the company's new interim chief executive, its chairman or its board.
