Telecoms firm Enet reports profits up and costs down

Enet, the telecoms infrastructure company that aims to bring internet access to urban areas, has increased profits by 20 per cent to €4.9 million, after driving up revenues and reducing costs.

Enet, the telecoms infrastructure company that aims to bring internet access to urban areas, has increased profits by 20 per cent to €4.9 million, after driving up revenues and reducing costs.

Enet, which operates the government-owned fiber optic metropolitan area networks (Mans), increased sales by 16 per cent to €21.8 million for the year ending April 30, 2013. Costs fell from €8.7 million to €7.3 million.
