A new survey claims that complaints from business phone and broadband users are rife and questions the existence of competition in the Irish broadband market.

A new survey claims that complaints from business phone and broadband users are rife and questions the existence of competition in the Irish broadband market.

The study, carried out by the Commission for Communications Regulation (ComReg), surveyed 500 SMEs and 50 large corporations in Ireland on their telecoms usage.

It found that half of large corporations and a third of SMEs had complained at least once to their fixed line phone company in the last year.
