The first tranche of 36 apartments at Eustace Court, a new block of 96 apartments and penthouses within the Cualanor residential scheme in Dún Laoghaire in south Dublin, is being launched to the market by Hooke & MacDonald today.
Cualanor is located directly off Upper Glenageary Road with pedestrian access to Tivoli Road via Eglinton Park. The mixed residential scheme is at the eastern end of the former Dún Laoghaire Golf Course.
