Teachers' unions will not be brought back to LRC on deal

There will be no re-engagement with second-level teachers' unions at the Labour Relations Commissions (LRC), sources have confirmed. And unions could be exposing themselves to legal challenges due to their decision not to re-ballot members on the new Haddington Road Agreement.
