Tax incentives in Cork scheme

Prices have been reduced at City Square, Frinailla Development ’s scheme of one, two and three-bedroom apartments close to Patrick Street in Cork city centre.

Section 23-type tax incentives are available for both investors and owner occupiers, and prices range from €250,000 for a one-bed unit and from €295,000 for a two-bed. The three-bedroom properties are available from340,000.
