Tax-incentive homes on sale at Mount Wolseley

Laois developer Lismard Enterprises has released a further 16 section 23-style holiday homes on the grounds of Mount Wolseley Hilton Hotel, Spa and Country Club in Co Carlow, where showhouses are open today from 2pm to 4pm.

The homes are priced from €455,000, including an internal fit-out worth €35,000.There are 150 houses in total in the scheme, and around 50 of them qualify for Section 23 type tax incentives. Construction work is scheduled ...
