The Tannery restaurant’s cookery school will open in Dungarvan, Co Waterford on November 27.
Courses include classes taught by guest chefs such as Dennis Cotter, Richard Corrigan and Tannery owner Paul Flynn.
Specialised classes include cooking with fowl and Christmas baking, but one of the highlights is a five-day course with Flynn called Paul Flynn’s Kitchen. The school is based in a Georgian townhouse in Dungarvan, and accommodation is also available.
