After 21 years earning his money from others, Paul Murphy is branching out on his own and setting up a global food sourcing company.

Abbeyfield Foods, based in Killiney, Co Dublin, will specialise in sourcing beef products, pork, poultry and seafood. Murphy plans to sell to government agencies, as well as processors, wholesalers, retailers and catering companies for the final consumer.
