Tango Telecom signs €1mTurkish deal

Limerick software firm Tango Telecom has won a deal worth more than €1 million with Turkish telecoms operator Turkcell.

Limerick software firm Tango Telecom has won a deal worth more than €1 million with Turkish telecoms operator Turkcell.

Colm Ward, chief executive of Tango, said the deal was a “significant coup'‘ for the Irish firm and should help it to win other deals with large telecoms operators.

Turkcell has more than 28 million subscribers, and is listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
