Offices in Dublin city centre are showing an improved level of take-up in recent months, in particular well-located properties with reduced rents.

Offices in Dublin city centre are showing an improved level of take-up in recent months, in particular well-located properties with reduced rents. Agents have reported increased interest and are hoping it will reduce the overhang of supply and reduce the vacancy rate.

Earlier this year, property consultant Knight Frank successfully let a Georgian office building on Herbert Street and has now received two new instructions for Georgian office properties in Dublin 2.
