Survival gear firm Survitec on the market for £200m
A Belfast-based firm that makes life rafts and other survival gear is reported to be on the market for about stg£200 million (€219.9 million).
The Survitec Group has its head office in Dunmurry, near Belfast, where its RFD Beaufort division makes life rafts and life jackets for boats and planes.
The company has offices around the world, and its customers include aerospace manufacturers and military customers such as the US and Japanese navies.
