Changes in Ireland's demographics will result in the formation of at least 20,000 new households per year, each requiring a separate dwelling

The property group Real Estate Alliance has been instructed by the Department of Defence to sell ten properties by auction next month with an estimated value of Euro 750,000.

The auctions will take place in Killarney, Limerick and Carrick-on-Shannon on December 4, 5 and 6, respectively, and will feature a mix of property types.
