With the numbers out, the next few weeks will see media outlets digesting the information provided by this year's revamped JNLR survey, which reflects a significant change in media habits.

According to TNS MRBI, which put together the revised survey, 14 per cent of Irish adults use an MP3 player, 45 per cent have internet access at home, and a quarter of these people's homes are already broadband-enabled.
