Hearty seafood chowder to keep chills at bay

This chowder uses great seasonal ingredients, and some of the best local seafood. You might be lucky enough to gather the clams and mussels yourself if you live near the sea. While this recipe uses plenty of cream, it’s lightened by using a lot of stock too, made from the cooking ingredients, so it’s not as indulgent as many chowder recipes.
