It might be a strange thing for a chef used to a string of kitchen accoutrements at his disposal, but I love to barbecue.

Never one to let the weather get me down, I barbecue even in the depths of winter (at a New Year’s Eve party last year I barbecued venison steaks for dinner). So I strongly advise you to ignore the weather this summer and get grilling.
