Few business people are as attuned to the ins and outs of family business as Eoin McCambridge, managing director of Galway delicatessen McCambridge's.

McCambridge is the third generation of his family to run the city centre business established by his grandfather, George, in 1925. George McCambridge worked into his eighties before passing the business on to his son Pat - Eoin's father - who is still involved in day-to-day operations.
