Savills has launched both Round Gardens at Citywest and the Fuel Yard in Finglas in Dublin to the market, available in one or more lots. The assets will be offered for sale by private treaty with guide prices of €7.25 million for Round Gardens and €4.25 million for the Fuel Yard, representing an average net initial yield of 5.74 per cent.
