Gone, but not forgotten: Stubbs Gazette, the Irish company famed for its eponymous debts and judgements magazine, is planning a ''recovery action on behalf of former investors of the financier Derek Quinlan.

Stubbs Gazette, which also has a debt recovery division, is attempting to rally investors who lost money through Quinlan-related investments.

Already, more than 15 people have expressed an interest in joining the action, with the average debts per person in the region of €600,000.
