Demand for quality assets remains strong from domestic and foreign investors, largely due to Ireland’s improving economic position and strong rental growth forecasts. Demand for retail product has increased, evidenced by the significant interest recently shown in the Acorn Portfolio, which comprised shopping centres in Cork, Clonmel and Balbriggan.
