Strong auction results with transactions worth €4.7m last week

The largest deal was for a five-bed family home in Dartry which sold for €3.5 million, writes Donal Buckley.

In excess of €4.7 million worth of commercial and residential property sold at auction last week.

The largest deal was the €3.5 million sale of Darna, 30 St Kevin’s Park, Dartry, Dublin 6, a five-bedroom detached, double fronted house with a floor area of 420 square metres. It was bought by a family from the local Rathgar area. Lisney had guided €3 million for the 0.34 acre property prior to auction.
