The Dell factory in Limerick: sold in a €5 million plus deal

Strong activity was seen in the industrial property markets in Cork and Galway during the first quarter of this year. Limerick recorded a solid level of activity and it looks set to outperform its rivals with the sale of the Dell factory in Castletroy.

Prime headline rents were broadly stable across all the regional centres, according to the latest regional survey by DTZ Sherry FitzGerald.
