Stepaside apartments will appeal to first-time buyers

Cork developer Fleming Construction has released 30 apartments for sale at its €150 million ParkView scheme in Stepaside, Co Dublin, through selling agent Hooke & MacDonald.

The development, which comprises 386 units in total, should have broad appeal to first-time buyers, young professionals, families and downsizers alike, with prices starting from €340,000.
