Stena Line has deferred 42 redundancies at Dun Laoghaire port pending a Labour Court hearing later this month.
The company decided last August to cut the HSS fast craft service between Holyhead and Dun Laoghaire to a seasonal service running from April to September. Last year, almost three quarters of turnover on the route was generated between May and September.
