The government is to be pressed to advance its plan for water charges in reports from the EU and IMF due to be published over the next ten days. The latest bailout reviews will point to the commitment to introduce a Waters Services Bill before the summer to pave the way for new water charges and emphasise that this should be delivered by the government.
