US financial institution State Street is looking for up to 16,250 square metres of office space in Dublin, according to development sources.

US financial institution State Street is looking for up to 16,250 square metres of office space in Dublin, according to development sources.

If it does take space this year, it is likely to be the largest letting in Dublin in 2007. The largest letting up until now was the recent decision by BCM HanbyWallace to rent just under 14,000 square metres of office space at Grand Canal Square in Dublin 2.
