The state inquiry into the running of the former Leas Cross nursing home in north Dublin has been delayed for a second time and is now facing into its third year.

The state inquiry into the running of the former Leas Cross nursing home in north Dublin has been delayed for a second time and is now facing into its third year.

The commission of investigation, headed by barrister Diarmuid O’Donovan, was due to report next week, but that has now been deferred until mid-2009.
