Sprout farmers Joseph and Cathal Lenehan from Navan, Co Meath, are among the food producers gearing up for what is the busiest week of their year.

The Lenehans have been supplying traditional sprouts grown on their family farm to Tesco for more than 14 years, but are also the sole supplier of purple sprouts to the nationwide supermarket chain.
