Arising out of humble beginnings as a market stall in 2011, Arun Bakery of Stoneybatter in Dublin is aiming to make sourdough the loaf of the common man, writes Susan Morrell.

There's a revolution brewing in Dublin's Stoneybatter neighbourhood and, this time, we're not talking about craft beer (though there is some fermentation involved).
