A boardroom rift at Independent News & Media (INM) is set to deepen after open hostility developed between chief executive Gavin O’Reilly and directors representing Denis O’Brien, the firm’s largest shareholder.
O’Brien is understood to be considering his options after one of his three representatives, Leslie Buckley, was voted off the board of INM at the media group’s agm on Friday.
