A lawyer for property developer Garrett Kelleher has described a dispute with the owners of properties beside Kelleher’s planned Chicago Spire project as ‘‘a tempest in a teacup’’.

Thomas J Murphy told The Sunday Business Post that the dispute, which centres on the right to dig part of the foundations for the Spire under land owned by the River View Condo Association, would have no impact on the construction schedule for the project.
