Spend on digital advertising is on the rise again

The upward trend in investment in digital advertising in Ireland is continuing apace, according to figures released by the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) last week.

The upward trend in investment in digital advertising in Ireland is continuing apace, according to figures released by the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) last week.

In 2012, spend on digital advertising in Ireland increased by 12.3 per cent to €158 million. Revenue from online advertising grew to €148.2 million, while mobile, measured for the first time, accounted for an additional €9.9 million.
