Spanish leaseback student homes on offer to Irish investors

Lyons Properties is offering Irish buyers an opportunity to invest in leaseback student residences priced from €37,500 in Granada and Murcia in the south of Spain.

Units in the Granada scheme are priced from €37,500, while the Murcia accommodation starts from €41,124. According to Lyons Properties, these prices are expected to rise by 5 per cent in the second phase.
