Space for 30,000 office workers under construction in Dublin

But lag between construction and completion is driving up rents

Around 30,000 employees could be accommodated in office space currently under construction in Dublin.

Some 35 new buildings are on site, with the vast majority situated in the Central Business Districts of Dublin 1, 2 and 4.

Approximately a third of that space is already pre-committed to an occupier.
