A third level college has discovered that people have been sneaking into classes on one of its professional courses, which normally costs nearly €3,000 a year.

The postgraduate course for a professional diploma in legal studies at the Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT) prepares students for entry exams to the Law Society, which trains solicitors.
