A Waterford solicitor has warned colleagues that they are not insured against the theft of legal documents from a private courier company.

In a letter to the Law Society Gazette, solicitor Michael O'Grady of MW Keller & Son said his firm sent two sets of title documents to a bank through the DX-tracked mail service.
