The president of the High Court has rejected a claim that a Cork solicitor was corrupt or committed perjury.

David Garvey challenged a finding by the Solicitors’ Disciplinary Tribunal last February that there was no evidence of misconduct by Matthew Nangle, who is based in Mallow.
