Soaring ambitions for Cork city centre

A new build-to-rent scheme that includes 201 apartments has been proposed for the docklands in Cork, writes Ros Drinkwater

So said John Cleary chief executive of JCD Group, announcing plans to construct a large-scale residential build-to-rent scheme in Cork’s docklands in response to the severe shortage of quality rental accommodation in the city.
