Smurfit Kappa company announces €300m debt placement
A subsidiary of packaging giant Smurfit Kappa Acquisitions has announced an offering of €300 million of euro denominated senior secured notes due in 2020.
A subsidiary of packaging giant Smurfit Kappa Acquisitions has announced an offering of €300 million of euro denominated senior secured notes due in 2020.
The net proceeds of the Smurfit Kappa Acquisitions offering will be used to prepay a portion of the term loans outstanding under the parent company's senior credit facility, said a statement. It will also be used to pay certain fees and expenses related to the offering.
