Large-scale investors are expected to get a better return from multi-family Irish residential investments than from commercial property in the coming years.
Residential annual returns could average 8 per cent a year, which will be better than returns from retail or offices, with the latter returning about 7 per cent. This is the view of Colm Lauder, real estate analyst with Goodbody stockbrokers.
