Small slippage for Dublin rents in Euro rankings

The capital’s high street retail properties are now the fifth most expensive to buy in Europe

In the first quarter of this year, Dublin high street retail properties slipped from being the fourth most expensive to buy in Europe, to being the fifth most expensive. At the same time, Dublin retail properties moved up the ranks in the rental section of CBRE’s league of 54 cities in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

Ironically, both changes in Dublin retail rankings came about despite neither rents nor yields on Grafton Street...
