Small firms see slight improvement in late payments in Q4

Small firms had to wait 62 days to be paid on average in the fourth quarter, down from 63 in the third and the shortest period recorded since 2007, ISME said.

The Irish Small and Medium Enterprises Association's Credit Watch survey found that 30 per cent of small firms had to wait for three months or more to be paid, the same as in the third quarter.
