Twenty years ago Skoda was in motoring’s second division. Today the company is firmly in the Premiership, producing interesting, well-built models at reasonable prices. Indeed, 2007 looks like being the company’s best year ever in Ireland with a new Fabia on the way next summer.

The latest from the family from the Czech Republic is the Roomster. This is the fourth model in the Skoda range, joining Fabia, Octavia and Superb.
