Doucement, doucement. If the horse starts galloping and you feel out of control, just say gently, gently'. Moments later, the air is filled with hysterical roars of ''DOUCEMENT, DOUCEMENT'' as a male friend gets pulled around a track behind a horse - on his face. It's funniest thing I've seen in years.
