With its demanding skiing, equally demanding nightlife and endless freeride terrain, St Anton is quite rightly ranked as one of the top resorts in the world. The last time I reviewed the Tyrolean resort for this newspaper, however, I complained that a certain complacency seemed to be creeping in among some staff and that this king of ski resorts could become a victim of its own success.
