Sites set on a recovering market

The appetite for prime development sites is growing, with the focus predictably being in Dublin, writes Philip Connolly.

Last week, conflicting reports on the residential market left many people unsure what to think about the property market. Asking prices in Dublin are up more than 5 per cent year-on-year, while asking prices in the rest of the country are down almost 10 per cent.
