SIPTU to pursue more pay hikes in retail

After Dunnes Stores agreed to grant workers a three per cent pay rise, trade union SIPTU said similar increases would be sought for workers at other retail companies.

After Dunnes Stores agreed to grant workers a three per cent pay rise, trade union SIPTU said similar increases would be sought for workers at other retail companies.

SIPTU Organiser, Graham Macken, said SIPTU had argued for the pay rise and a hearing had been set to take place on the matter this week.
