SIPTU members to vote on Bus Eireann plan

A nationwide ballot of SIPTU workers will take place in the coming days on the proposals which emerged from discussions at the Labour Relations Commission to end the dispute at Bus Eireann.

A nationwide ballot of SIPTU workers will take place in the coming days on the proposals which emerged from discussions at the Labour Relations Commission to end the dispute at Bus Eireann.

Plans to ballot members at Dublin Bus and Irish Rail have been deferred.

The agreement, if approved, will see a range of cost saving measures introduced on June 1st.
