Younger people are more likely to apply for tax refunds than older taxpayers, and men are typically more active in claiming tax relief, according to the latest data from Taxback.com, *writes Emma Kennedy.*

The latest customer Taxback index, which analysed claimants by age, gender, occupation and location, revealed that younger people were more likely to submit a tax reclaim, with those aged between 25 and 35 accounting for 64 per cent of all refund...
